Internet access

With Gov. Reynolds recommendation for school closures to support social distancing, Long Lines expects that this may create challenges for students requiring Internet access for distance learning.  Their intent is that no student need be adversely affected or be required to compromise social distancing practices to find a suitable Internet connection.

In these extraordinary times, Long Lines will provide 60 days free unlimited Internet to students that DO NOT have access to Internet service at home.  This offer is good in all communities Long Lines directly serves, wherever they have available network resources.

The offer is sincere, and they'll connect free for 60 days to get through this period.  There is no obligation to keep their service at the end of the 60 days, and no charges for installation (or anything associated with this connection).

If parents want to request service, they can call Long Lines' customer care line at (712) 271-4000.

Long Lines has long supported a reduced Internet rate for students eligible for the Free and Reduced Lunch program.
